Talent Beyond Boundaries’ (TBB) is a non-profit organisation aiming to provide international visa pathways for refugees and other forcibly displaced people to use their talents and skills to successfully rescue their future.

As a part of TBB’s mission to connect those who are displaced by conflict with international job opportunities and support them in migration-related barriers, Digilite aimed to provide an easy-to-use and secure online platform for the talents.

Our main goal in working with Talent Beyond Boundaries was to develop a digital platform that stands out for its simple, uncluttered design. This website was designed with refugees and internally displaced people in mind, making it simple for them to enter, organize, and maintain data on their abilities. By placing a strong emphasis on security and privacy, we made sure that their private information was safe and that demonstrating their skills was an easy procedure.

The platform's user-friendly design makes data entry and retrieval easier while showcasing users' professional potential to support networks and prospective employers. This initiative, which is intended to meet current requirements as well as those of the future, not only provides a technological answer but also advances a larger goal of enabling displaced individuals to access possibilities by showcasing their talents to the whole community.
